We do welcome walk-ins at Gold Dust Hair Studio; however, please note that availability is not always guaranteed. To ensure you get the exact service and time slot you’re looking for, we highly encourage booking an appointment in advance. what is your appointment cancellation policy?

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Gold Dust, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hour notice for cancellations.

what should i wear to my appointment?

As you prepare for your appointment, we recommend wearing clothing you’re comfortable with in case of any accidental color splashes. For the best results and to avoid any mishaps, it’s also helpful to wear no-collar shirts and to remove any necklaces and earrings. This will help us ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.
what products do you use in the salon?

Gold Dust Hair Studio believes the products we use should be sustainably created, which is why use Aveda products exclusively. Aveda products have been made with plant and flower essences since 1978. Their haircare products are world-renowned, earning top awards from Marie Claire, Elle, and Glamour magazines.
can i bring my child to my appointment?

We feel as a salon, children who visit during their parents’ appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We work in an environment that has sharp scissors, razors, chemicals, hot curling, and flat irons. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family, it would be equally as devastating to us as a salon.
We encourage parents to visit the salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. During their appointment, children need to be able to sit still so that the stylist can perform a quality service.
